Qualitative methods

Qualitative methods are used to identify influencing factors and analyse their effect in depth. Subjects of qualitative research are the identification of individual decision making processes, needs and motivational structures. Qualitative methodological approaches are usually conducted with comparably small and selected samples. The results of qualitative research provide a thorough analysis of all relevant decision criteria. However, the insights do not claim to be representative for the whole population.
